It is a library of routines sorted by what you want to work on, with massage, posture, gua sha, and facial exercise, all in 10 minutes or less, plus a customizable weekly schedule so you can keep going for as long as you want. My previous programs work the same way. They are built around the hands-on release work, and that work is real.
Release & Restore is for people who want to go further into the somatic side. It is for the tension that came from stress, held emotions, and years of bracing. Instead of doing your release work in one routine and your nervous system work in another, the two are woven together in the same routine. You release the jaw while you work with the vagus nerve. You do somatic eye movements while you massage or move through posture work.
