Start free trialYou know the feeling. Your jaw is tight before you even open your eyes. Your face looks tired on a day you slept fine. There is puffiness that no amount of water or sleep seems to touch.
Most apps and programs only work on one piece of it. Just massage, or just facial exercise. Many use techniques that are too aggressive, meant for the body, not the face. And almost none address the way your posture, neck, shoulders, and emotions pull on your face all day.
True Face works all of it in easy daily routines, built from my training in facial myofascial release, TCM gua sha, and facial anatomy. Think of it as physical therapy for your face.
One membership with every method that actually works, blended into short routines you will look forward to.
Slow, intentional work that reaches the deeper tissue holding your face in old patterns of tension.
Targeted movement to wake up and support the muscles that lift and shape your face.
Your neck and shoulders pull on your face all day. Release them at the source so everything above can lift.
Open the pathways so fluid can move and that heavy, puffy feeling finally drains away.
Sculpting techniques that boost circulation and bring a lit-from-within glow to the surface.
Somatic routines for anger, sadness, and stress, plus a calming nighttime massage. Release the emotions stuck in your face that quietly shape how it looks.
No guesswork. Go to the track for what you want to work on and pick a routine for the day.
Everything lives in one easy app format. Open it, go to your track, and follow along. Each routine is guided start to finish, so there is never any guessing about what to do or where to press.
Staying consistent is easy too. The 3:3 Method gives you a simple weekly flow:
Three days a week, a posture routine plus a focused routine.
Three days a week, one overall routine.
One day off.
Favorite the routines you love, build a calendar right in the app with your routines, and get personal guidance from me via the in-app comment sections whenever you need it. The library is continually updated with new routines.
It is designed to fit your real life at every turn.
Everyone is different, and your face has its own timeline. But this is the kind of progression people feel as the practice becomes part of their days.
At first
The tension starts to ease. Your jaw softens, your shoulders drop, and you feel lighter after each routine.
As you go
Circulation and drainage pick up. Puffiness settles, and a glowy, lifted feeling starts to last longer.
With practice
As holding patterns let go, your face looks more open and lifted, and it starts to feel like yours again.
Over time
Consistent input supports your body at a cellular level, encouraging healthy collagen and elastin. That is where the deeper, lasting change comes from.
These are members using these exact methods. Individual results vary, but this is the pattern: less tension, more lift, a face that feels like theirs again.

I am a vocalist, and I have even noticed the audience responding differently during performances since getting rid of my facial tension. My face is much more open and relaxed.
KelleyBefore, I felt like my face was more pinched in, and when I would smile it felt unnatural. Now it doesn’t. My cheekbones are more defined and my eyes opened up more.
JocelynI looked forward to these daily sessions, not just for the physical benefits but for the calm. It became a cherished part of my day, helping me reconnect with myself.

I have a PhD in mass communication, which trained me to dig through research and share what matters in plain language. I am certified in facial myofascial release, trained in TCM gua sha, and I have done facial dissection training through Anatomy Trains.
I built True Face because nothing out there did all of it at once. The massage, the exercise, the posture, the drainage, and the mind-body piece, blended into routines that are actually easy to keep up.
You deserve a face that is open, lifted, and free from strain. This is everything I know, made simple enough to do in the small pockets of your day.
Minimum ten minutes. Almost every routine is 10 minutes or less, and there are 5 to 7 minute speed routines for busy days. On the fuller days you can add a quick posture routine, so it stays easy to follow in small chunks of time. Keep it simple with one routine a day, or do two from different tracks, like one for your forehead and one for your jaw.
No, but consistency is key. It gives you the best results, especially early on, and I always encourage you to follow your body. The 3:3 Method is a good baseline: posture plus a focused routine three days a week, an overall routine three days, and one day off. Adjust it to your life.
True Face is your ongoing daily practice, a full library of routines sorted by what you want to work on, so you can keep going for as long as you like. Release & Restore is a guided course that goes deep into the somatic and nervous system side of facial tension. The app keeps you consistent. The course takes you deep. Many people use both.
Usually yes, with care, and always check with your practitioner. With Botox, wait 3 to 4 weeks before working an area deeper than light massage. With filler, wait at least 3 weeks and avoid heavy pressure there. With threads, avoid those areas but you can work everywhere else. Massage and posture can actually support these treatments by helping circulation and reducing fibrosis.
Just your hands and a little glide, like a simple facial oil or moisturizer. A gua sha tool is used in many routines and amps up both the experience and the results. A myofascial lacrosse ball is another great tool for deep release.
