Frequently Asked Questions
how much time will this take per day?
Minimum, 10 minutes per day. Maximum, 20-25 minutes per day. Almost all of the routines are 10 minutes or less. You are welcome to take a minimalist approach where you just do one routine per day. Or, you can do two routines per day from different routine tracks (one forehead routine and one jaw routine, for instance).
We also have two daily posture routines that are really important for maximizing your results, reducing tension, and allowing your body and face to function properly.
A great approach is the 3:3 Method. With this approach, 3 days a week, you do a posture routine plus a focused routine (20-25 minutes total), then another 3 days a week, you just do an overall routine (10-11 minutes total), then take one day off per week. This can be adjusted according to your schedule, but the main goal is a mix of posture routines, overall routines, and focused routines. We also have several speed routines (5-7 minutes long) for when you are short on time!
do i have to do this everyday?
You are welcome to take days off when needed. However, committing to consistency will allow you to experience the best results, especially in the first few weeks. But I always encourage you to follow your bodily signals. If you need to take a break, that's fine.
After you've done this for several weeks, you will know what you need and how many times to do it per week. You'll also have a better sense of what routines are best for you, allowing you to easily create your own personalized weekly routine.

My number one tip for staying consistent is to treat this as a special ritual that you get to do every day and to make it really easy and convenient to do the routines. I recommend setting up a dedicated space that is quiet and peaceful with everything you need to do the routines already there ready to go (a mirror, oil/moisturizer, etc.)
can i do this if i have filler, botox, threads, etc.?
You can with caution. Always consult your practitioner as needed. Typically, if you have Botox, wait 3-4 weeks before going over that area any deeper than light, superficial massage. It is the case that Botox can sometimes get pushed to unintended areas by massage. You can also avoid your Botoxed area and work on the other areas surrounding it and do the posture routines, which can still be beneficial because everything is connected in the body! If you have filler, wait at least 3 weeks after getting it, and always be aware of not pushing too hard on those areas. If you have threads, you need to avoid those areas but can do the methods in other areas.
I actually believe that those with plastic surgery and injections benefit greatly from massage and facial exercise. One of the risks of these kinds of procedures is fibrosis (scar tissue) and a lack of circulation. When done properly, massage helps mitigate these effects and often amplifies the results of your plastic surgery procedures/injections.
how is this different from other courses, programs, and apps?
The body is complex, and this app reflects this reality. Other programs and courses only address one facet of facial changes or another.
Many of them only focus on either face massage or facial exercise. Many of them use techniques for the face that are too aggressive and only appropriate for the body. Many of them are either just a posture course or just a "face" course. Many of them do not include sculpting techniques such as lymphatic drainage and gua sha.
Finally, nearly all of them completely ignore the importance of the mind-body element, which includes resetting breathing patterns and gaining facial awareness.
This app sets itself apart with this blend of approaches put into easy routines of around 10 minutes or less each. Using the app is very straightforward. Simply go to your desired routine track and choose a routine for the day. Once you get a feel for which routines you particularly enjoy, you can favorite them so they are all in one place.
